Make several of these little bites of Spain. As the legend goes-toast was put atop wine glasses to keep the fruit-flies out, eventually wise barkeeps added a variety of food on top of that, and tapas were born. We'll make some of the classics.
You'll start by making a mountain of crostini, then all below tom top and eat! SELECTIONS CHANGE ACCORDING TO SEASON AND CHEF'S CHOICE ALWAYS AT LEAST FOUR TOPPINGS MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
-Avocado Shrimp Salad
-Marinated Cheese Curd & Olives
-Sauteed Peppers & Parmesan
-Chorizo & Chicken in Red Wine
-Bacon Potato Salad
-Gazpacho, in season
When your dishes are completed you'll plate them up nice and pretty, and then dig in and enjoy!
