You’ll make the noodle dough from scratch using a blend of wheat flour and kansui powder. All hand rolled and hand cut. Then, you'll practice your knives skills by julienning all of the seasonal vegetables provided.


You’ll make a flavorful broth with veggies, shrimp and meats, and egg.

Slurping is encouraged! In China its considered a sign of appreciation and gratitude for the person who prepared the dish.
