Cancellation and Refund Policy

🔔 Cancel 48 hours or more before class start to receive a full refund, excluding 5% online booking fees.

🔀 Ticket sale can be applied to another class if cancellation occurs between 48-24 hours prior to class start.

🛑 No refund NOR class credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start.

❌ Absolutely NO credit for "no-shows"!

🍽️ Please consider that food, supplies, and staff arrangements have been made according to reservation numbers.

📢 The Cook's Studio may cancel or reschedule a class due to minimum reservation requirements, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances, notifying you at least 24 hours before class.

🎁 In case of class cancellation or rescheduling by The Cook's Studio, guests will be offered the option to switch to another class, or take a class credit-this option will come with a bonus refund percentage to credit card used. Otherwise a full refund will be processed.

📸 The individual hereby grants permission for the use of their likeness in photos, videos, or any other media, without compensation or restriction.

⚠️ All registrants must be 18 years or older; those aged 13-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

🔪 Participants acknowledge knife and cooking risks and release The Cook's Studio from liability for any injuries during the class.
