*Crepes can't be too rich or too thin.

First you'll get your meat sauce simmering.
Then learn to make the simple batter for these delicate thin pancakes, let is rest for a bit, then it time flip. The first few may be  little rough, but you'll get it.
Then we'll form Italian Manicotti [man-uh-COT-tee], with your own cheese filling of course..
Eat em up AND take some home.
