Yes, we're going to make the taco lovers taco!

Learn how to season, braise and shred the skirt steak.

Make you corn/flour tortilla dough from scratch.

Press and cook your tortillas, then cook again after brushing with some of the braising liquid.

Fill with the shredded beef, and maybe a little cheese for QuesaBirria.
