The delectable filled corn cakes of South America...there is actually quite the debate over who can lay claim to its origin...you're both awesome!...that's why we decided to give it go.

Make your masa dough, let it rest.
Make some traditional fillings-shredded beef, black beans, avocado, cheese, veggie...changes seasonally...but good in any season!
Then gently pan fry your cakes.
Fill them.
That's it....oh yes, EAT THEM!
