Make your own semolina pasta dough from scratch, roll out with a hand crank pasta machine and cut it into traditional noodles that will this any sauce.

Along with your fresh pasta, you'll make not just any sauce but the famous creamy, silky, cheesy, buttery sauce...and actually the original authentic version does not contain any cream, but don't worry, we'll use cream!!
And some chicken for good measure.

We'll make a salad too, just so we don't feel guilty about the cream thing...
