Filet Mignon Pizzaiola & Polenta
Two great dishes that dish well together.


Braised filet mignon medallions (traditionally done with a cheaper, tougher cut of meat, but we like to use a higher end, more tender cut to start) with a variety of vegetables, herbs, and spices cooked nice and slow until even more tender.

While its cooking you'll learn the proper technique to make the popular Italian cornmeal mush dish. Garlicky sauteed greens  or maybe a baby arugula salad.

Serve and top off with some shaved Parmesan. Perfection.
