Similar to our Chinese Dumplings I Class, we'll demonstrate how to make the rice flour, wheat flour, and water dough.
After the dough is made, you'll fill the dough with a mixture of ground meat and aspic (a gelatinous stock) which becomes the 'soup' when cooked. The dumplings are steamed in a traditional bamboo steamer. On the side, we'll make some stir fry garlicky veggies to enjoy with your treasures.
