After a brief knife skills lesson, you'll chop lots of fresh veggies and either shrimp or crab, and learn the art of rolling Viet-style spring rolls. No spring roll would be complete without the savory peanut dipping sauce that you'll make by hand!
After you've enjoyed your fill of spring rolls, you'll finish your phō by simmering in thinly sliced beef, pouring the broth over the noodles and topping with your choice of stunningly aromatic and bright herbs.
